how cani balance the vocaton.xml the easiest way?

i spent alot of time trying to balance the vocations. what u wanna do is make a vocation hit the right amount on creatures.. and then fight pvp and make sure that 1v1 u cant kill eachother. and do this for all vocations. i spent hours making it right xD its never good when u go ona server and a vocation is overpowered and a paladin sucks? lol try make knight hit a bit more or faster? and make sure a druid/sorc can outheal it...hope this helps... but yes edit this all in vocation.xml
