Vocations.xml not working (WTF?)

Well I just changed many things like hp/mp regen of each vocation but it just doesn't take effects ingame.
Already restarted the server many times and it still doesn't work.
Someone knows what to do?

Show what the error's are please? If it's not working there has to be some kind of error posted in the cosole/gui

Actually there weren't errors :s...
I replaced for a brand new vocations.xml and made the changes again, but now it works o_9
