I just tried to set mana and hp regeneration and.. It completly doesn't work! It always regenerates 1 hp and 2 mp... :/

Other things like attackspeed work fine.

gainhpticks="2" gainhpamount="5" gainmanaticks="2" gainmanaamount="45" Are these the ones you are changing? Ticks = 2 = 2 seconds. amount = how much hp/mp that would be regen
