I've edited your poll and added the 2 seconds option which seemed popular in the other thread. We'll keep an eye on the poll results over the next couple of days.
 
2 sec is the best idea, cause it doesnt harm too much if u're blocking a monster for example..
 
2 seconds is a good idea for brs, but for the players who left the server 2 seconds is nothing. 3+ seconds because 2 really is useless lol.
 
I guess it could be made 2-3secs, not like i care but I still voted for 2 secs.
