Linux VPS Cant connect to server

Sometimes players cant connect to my server, "Cannot login to game server" it says, how to solve it??
(it does work sometimes).

Using 9.1+ on VPS Linux.

Firewall? or max user connected to your db...

How u know if it has firewall ??
And no, it doesnt work even with 0 users.

check the services, all your ports need to be open: Open Port Check Tool - Test Port Forwarding on Your Router

only if u want someone else to have access to ur db

Adavnced port scanner said ports were closed, yougetsignal.com said ports were open.
