I just bought DDG Hosting Service some days ago since many people recommended them, and I am really starting to have problems. To start with, their support staff is not helping at all, they just answer right after 6 hours you asked for something.
Then, once I got my website running through their VPS server, errors started to appear.
Errors that didn't appear earlier, when I was hosting the website.
Errors example 1 -> http://prntscr.com/1y5tgx // I have more errors like this.
They told me that they don't "cover" these errors, what I find unbelievable because these errors started to appear after I used their service so they should cover it. (My point of view).
After that, I tried to set my server up, but there is no way to make it run. I followed their instructions step by step but it wont want to open. They are simply ignoring this.
So there goes my "question". Could someone help me out fixing this up? I would really appreciate that since I worked a lot for my server, and once it seemed fine, problems started again.
Oh and I was forgetting, their homepage is almost completely in polish, no English option, which I find lame.
