Like i said,What's The Diffrence Between Hosting your Server on a Vps or a Dedicated.
Because i dont actully know vps that well. (dont tell me to search it) ( i read everything about it)

Could i Make my Own Pallete in remere map editer? (8.6)

Well i think VPS's are made to magane your files from distant places/computers ofc you can host a server in a VPS but it won't be that powerful and maybe more expensive.
The best choice for an ots is a dedicated server.

And yea you can make your own pallet by a xml document.
