Well, your most likely not going to get help.. nevermind good help, as everyone has their own projects and/or ambitions.
Second thing to note, why did you choose 'Tutorials', of all places, to ask for help?

yes but dont have time to learn script because iam busy i know some thing at script and some else at map but want good scripter and mapper

Then don't bother asking for a mapper or scripter, if people knew how to map and script, they would make something themselves rather than do something for you and then have you take the credit for it.

You are literally asking for people to make an ot for YOU.
