note: i changed the access panel to 1 ,0 but didn't work

Uhm Gesior never had a "Admin Panel" Only Znoteacc has a adminpanel. Only thing the acceses do is so you can create news.

This is a outdated script. On Znoteacc it's a official AdminPanel that the creator of Znoteacc has created.
