that gather time was made cuz i couldnt be here, i havnt been here on gathers lately i come in middle of fights or after u fought cuz im never there when you guys have gather 17:00/18:00-22:00 or 23:00 and i can barely command cuz of having guests at home this week. i never been a main commander or something like that and i will never be it. i just like to help when first commander dies else the team panics but imo commander doesnt matter if u have a good team with good players u will not even need someone good to lead.

You write it yourself, you can jump in when a commander dies or as you have done a few times, Mitch has to leave or anything like that and cannot command anymore. Why don't you step up to be a commander full time for the team?
