Windows war mode problem

I've got tsf 0.4, i make everything like in tutorial, but i've got a mistake shows on screenshot. I bought engine legaly and only one problem is in war mode while somone is trying to accept war. Players can normaly send invitation for war but other side cannot accept it. While acceptings there is error like on SS.

Now all that has 0.4 without donator status or blue nick is suspect?!
funny..why the donator of 3 months is pretty cheap =) and it's been a century that the elf is holding this version 0.4_DEV ¬¬'

If this war.lua is from elf isnt that against the rule to post here? Since it cost like 60 euro if I'm right.
