You might have Elfs system in your source code, not sure if ppl are allowed to "use" it, but if you do a google serach you will find what you need.
Not 100% if it's implemented into 0.3.x but I know 0.4 has it for sure.

"dont working well" is not a valid answer.
What is the problem?

If you wanna make it easy just change the exe to one with 0.4 code, should work as is or with minor changes.

Well just found an mod, added it in my tfs 0.3.6 , tfs load it fine , but tried commands and errors in tfs 0.3.6, i dont really need it so i just tested it

Thats not the Elf war system, all it has in Lua is a talkaction script I think and maybe some constants in your libs.
Used the serach function and found this; Looking for Elf Guild War system with emblems
