No lol its just hosting, other countries still got on.
 
When should the site have been under attack? I haven't experienced any problem at all recently.
 
Na it seems to be northern/western europe with issues. I get this a few times a week afaik so do most that are in these regions
 
yes, because a bad connection for 2 minutes is instantly a DDoS lol
