Now I ask the administrator, because there is nothing I can do to punish this fucker. Is this the kind of person that deserves to be on the community? What about otservlist owner, is it right for him to be exposing his server over there? What about if he ever uses your service and afterwards revoke it?

We need to embrace ourselves as a community, and try to break this bad and childish habit to exist.

The reason this happen: I had delivered a service to him, one month later he messaged me that it was buggy, then he said if I did not fix within x hours he would open a dispute. I said, go ahead.

I did test the script, but because he uses his own distro and configuration, couple bugs has to be found and targeted to his platform. I did not say I was not going to help him, I even tried. After 30 days he randomly texted me and said I had x hours to fixed it.

There's the blacklist in case this isn't solved.

Even tho the blacklist has the purpose to prevent future individuals to fail in a trap, I do not think it would make any difference. @viking's players do not belong and probably do not even know the existence of this place, thus, it would not hurt him whatsoever. @viking in other hand, uses and exploits resources from this forum, and I would like to ask you, moderator, to take some action towards him. I do sell couple scripts, but I do not limit myself only on the market itself. Often so, I try to help and to provide service for the community, as well as to use and learn from other people expertise. I hope there will be some kind of punishment on his account to show the community that respect and organization should prevail.

An individual situation like this (and this happens once in a while) doesn't mean we'll banish him instantly. You have to understand we take measures depending on the severity for the welfare of the community.

I don't want to be misunderstood, we may be judges and can take action internally on forums if he's a threat for users(plural) as a scammer, and I expect a collective dispute against Viking since it concerns the community in general now. He got the chance to defend himself aswell.

After talking about charge back. but he dont was trying nothing, was not testing nothing with me, not response, oh well, I'll leave this thread, its all.

PS. And he already screwed me, I do not know how, but he managed to report me to OVH saying that my site would have pishing (my website is a normal gerior) I dont understand ^^
