We need to adress the scammers

Ezz has been poisoning this community for far too long neither caring about the rules nor the members of this community. Fully exploiting the fact that people do not know better he even falsely markets his "server distributions" which are based on TFS and which he resells under the false pretences that they are 97% accurate to cipsofts own logic with no exception.

He picks his victims here, being the fact that he's a long standing member of this community has made it very easy for him to exploit people more than he should and he uses his notoriety to take advantage of members who simply dont know any better and who have money to invest to achieve their goals and launching a server which is their dream. But the dream he sells, to begin with breaks the rules of OTland as one is not allowed to sell services here, but they dont exist. Which is the worst part.

He claims the sources are a spitting image of the cipsoft sources with the only difference being lava effects and a game beat missing. But having compared the two sources they are nothing alike and 99% of the logic he claims to exist, doesnt. All of this because up untill now nobody has been able to verify his lies untill recently.

He has made over 50K dollars, just by scamming poor and unsuspecting people of this community. I believe a permanent ban should suffice to send a clear signal that nobody is above anyone in this community. This scam of his has gone too far.

I have been thinking alot about what is right and wrong. I feel like this community has been deteriorating. We see well known figures with experience bulldoze over people with a dream and a passion of running their own server by filling them with promises based on lies to no limit just to make a succesful trade wether it's a module or a server.

Nobody deserves to be lied to. I have the reverse engineered sources of the leaked files aswell as the TVP sources and I've been verifying the legitimacy of these files and they are basically close to zero. To begin with there's almost nothing...

Alot of people worked with him and he was banned but not for scamming. I invited him to take part in 1 task, and to have the solution aswell. We werent excatly partners in anything.

I only have one partner in my project and two guys I work with actively and who they are is none of your business.

Appreciate you clarifying that. But this is not about providing a service. Its about selling a distribution over the otland counter which is against the otland rules.

Ezzz has repeatedly been breaking this rule and has been scamming people on the contents of that distribution, as it does neither contain nor resemble any of the things he promises it does.

It hasnt been possible for the community to verify untill recently. Im all for people providing services in the Jobs section.

What we're discussing here however is a moral dilemma of someone who over the years has been exploiting the trust of members on otland to gain financial advantages without delivering what he is promising.

11. Commerce of resources:
It is strictly forbidden to buy or sell OpenTibia resources on OTLand. Advertising websites where you can buy or sell OpenTibia resources is not tolerated either. It is still OK to charge for hosting services, and advertising such services should be done in Jobs board.

It is beyond a doubt that the user would advertise paid OpenTibia resources, he would also encourage people to join Discord, where he openly sells them.
We are not asking you to conduct an investigation into whether the clients are happy or not - we want you to enforce rule 11.
