Weapon attack speed?

Is it possible to change a weapons attack speed? I've seen in highexp.eu that the spears hit incredibly fast? :O is it possible to change it and how? Help would be appreciated

try adding that to items.xml

<attribute key="attackspeed" value="200" />

in miliseconds so 1sec = 1000

You need to source edit the think interval and set the attack speed for the vocation to the lowest interval.
