hey i have a donator sword that everyone can use i want it so only knight and elite knights can use it

You see a donator sword (Atk:80, Def:45).
It can only be wielded properly by players of level 50 or higher.
It weighs 60.00 oz.
ItemID: [12649].

how do i fix that?
