Weapon script please?

Hello i am not new to the Ot hosting scene but am new to the version of 8.42. I am used to the old editors and methods. I was wondering if anyone could show me a VERY detailed way to make a weapon.. for example justice seeker.. 7390~ shoot energy fields or sd's WITHOUT me clicking on it, just as if it was a wand.. while still hitting somone like a sword should do for knights.. also is their a way to have it load 2 scripts so that it can have a rage of the skies look appear when it hits? like right around the person hitting or being hit? This is kind of much but i think it would look AMAZING and be awesome for pvp.
