Weapon upgrade

Hello. I need some help with my ot . I got a 4 weapons that i want when i use a item and i got one of them it will be upgraded like

weapon id 1 upgraded to 5
weapon id 2 upgraded to 6
weapon 3 upg 7
weapon 4 upg 8.

i got tfs 0.3.6 and this script that is this. but it's not working
