web design?

Hmm is it free is it a good program there i can design like bloggs to pepole :)?
 
It's not for free, I'm sorry but you can always download it from TPB.
 
Yeah i know the most web design cost but is this program easy to learn can i design bloggs websites with it?? :)
 
Dreamweaver is a good one, I have Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 portable if you need it.
Notepad++ is also good but It doesn't offer some features that Dreamweaver does.
 
If you mean IDE - Netbeans, jEdit, Notepad++ for HTML/PHP, for PHP: phpDesigner, phpStorm.

Netbeans is kinda heavy one, but it comes with a lot of nice functions.
