Their offer on website looks 'idiots friendly' or they really offer you unlimited transfer and mysql databases for 100$ / year
There is 'PHP 5', but which? 5.1? 5.3? Can I connect other machines? Safe mode? No informations.

VPS offer without information about CPU, nice...

Shared hosting Perso: 25GB disk space, unlimited traffic - OVH
There are all informations:
MySQL: 25MB - max. 10 connections in same time, but you can connect to mysql on external server
PHP: 4, 5, 5.3, 6 - you can select in script [name .php5, .php6]
You can view phpinfo:
phpinfo()

Try to find hosting company with informations like that in USA, because if someone offers 'everything, unlimited, -,99$/year' it will not be good.
