Web Page Haked Please Help

I tell you, a friend's page was hacked and do not know how to fix it, have no idea what I can do to fix it?

Then there is nothing much you can do other than contact your hoster and let him know what happened.

Use Uniform instead of Xampp though, I suggest that you change IP, passwords et cetera.

there is a way I can retrieve the ip hacked? people already know the ip...

IP isn't a problem, you can look to a server ip by a easy command in the cmd

As loney said you can't do anything about IP Addressing, you could possibly retrieve your acc and shared space by contacting the person who is selling/renting you the dedicated.

the problem is that the page and server is not in a dedicated, is in the notebook of my friend :/

Unless they didn't delete anything then yes by setting it back up like it was before and then creating a backup (preferrably online like on Hotmail Skydrive)
