YurOTs is a XML based server, so you need to use a AAC thats created for XML.
Such as NicawAAC.
You can find it here:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/nicaw-acc/files/NICAW XML/Nicaw XML v2.11/
You need to install a webserver aswell, you can install Uniformserver or any other webserver.
Now place the NicawAAC files in www/htdocs and start the webserver.
You need to set the location of the OT server in NicawAAC's config aswell.
Such as NicawAAC.

When you start your server the first line in the console/gui tells you what server you're using.
