Hello good I have only one problem with Znote and do not know how to do once they buy and are given points when they buy in the store does not receive the items in the game please help

You have to add a script to your server in order to make contact between your website -> database -> server

Chose your server version here, the folder you are looking for its name is talkaction shopsystem.

If you are using TFS 1.x, you can also set up this script as it works automatically and you don't have to say any command to recieve the items.

Make sure you didnt bought a name change or sex change first. Because you probaly dont have scripts for that, and then they will hold up the other orders.
