webcam?

what is a good webcam to buy? i looked at a few but i dont know much about them. these are 2 that i thought were okay. does anyone recommend either of them or do you know a better one that i can buy?

Definitely the first one.
Look at the description of Webcam Pro 9000:

2-megapixel sensor

Delivers fluid, true-to-life video and lets you take snapshots at up to 8-megapixels (software enhanced). Megapixels? Sensor? Why is image quality so important?

Generally it means that it's 2 MP and nothing will help you.

The first one is 'software enhanced' as well and additionaly, they don't tell what is the original resolution.
However, it has more features, similar price and I have generally more positive feeling about this one.

And once again, 'software enhanced' doesn't go well with 'pro' and is a bad trick. But who needs 10 MP in webcam ? It would satisfy me, anyway. Just don't believe these values.

hmm alright. good to know i was also thinking the first one was better. i just want it for video chatting.

I personally found the LifeCam from Microsoft is quite good for video calls. The Mic isn't to horrible and the video is pretty good.
Good enough for me~
