website access from different ip

i have an 8.6 tfs 0.3.6 crying damson distro with gesior 0.6.1 running of xampp with added security,

my no-ip is set to my global ip address
my server config is set to my global ip address
my port forward is named: tibia, type:tcp/udp, Lan Server IP: 192.168.0.1, remote ips=single address,
start IP = "global ip address", end IP = "global ip address", public ip ports = single port, start public port = 7171, end public port = 7171,
private ports = 7171,

i cant log into my server on my computer using the global ip, i can only log in using the 192.168~~
my gesior only works with http://192.168~~ and http://127.0.0~

is there a file in htdocs or somewhere i need to edit?

what am i doing wrong?

bump, i want people including myself on my computer to be able to visit the website using the link that the no-ip.com host redirects. i've done it before on a different computer, what am i doing wrong?

lol did you even make a dynamic ip??
edit sry didnt read it all and only put your dynamic ip in the config anything else is the local ip address

and in port forwording ofc you need to use the local ip address
and if it worked tell your friends about HELLBOT \/
