work as website because if players try access it
they will go to my router Page

man, i repeat you the same, call your internet provider to change it, or reconfig xampp to asign another port to yout localhost, search on google, there is everything

You doesn't have to call your ISP..

Just login to your router and locate Remote Management/Remote Access Management and turn it off.


Remote Management allows external users to connect to your router to for example configure it, so just turn it off and the problem is solved.
