Website Don't Work!

Hello my friends, well yesterday I was on my computer and all was fine, the website was runing perfectly good, today I wake up and see that my website does not work, Thanks I will rep+++

Is your Uniserver/Xampp on?
Is port 80 being blocked?

port is on i use lighttpd and i dont know if my 80 port being blocked

I know what happend but i dont know how to solve it, /var/cache/apt does not exist, i already ejecute

sudo apt-get install apt

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
apt is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Oo it says it is installed.
