Did you already solve the issue? or why did you put solved as the title prefix?

Either way, to fix it you would place the following at the very top of your header file, just below the opening php tags (<?php):

date_default_timezone_set('timezone');

And you would then replace the 'timezone' value with the appropriate timezone. You may find a list of available timezones here, PHP: List of Supported Timezones - Manual.
