Windows Website Help

I have no idea what i'm doing and i can't get any of the tutorials to work for me.
I've been trying for a few days now and can't figure it out.
My server is almost ready to leave beta but i need a website before i can do so.
I already have server online 98% of the time.
please help me with this.
ask if you need any info.
its an 8.6 rl map server.

still doesn't help me.
i am trying to use the website i want and i'm getting closer and closer by playing with it, but i still can't figure it out.

yes if i want help him in linux you most add chmod 777 and its folder www on windows its htdocs and dont need chmod 777

Ik.. But you're doing something wrong.. i'll tested this tutorial some day's ago and it worked. Seems to work for other's aswell.
