Windows Website issue relating access from internet

Hello to everyone, the problem is this one:

I've already opened the ports, checked them in www.canyouseeme.org . I've downloaded the no-ip DUC application to automatically update my dns. This is what happens, if someone from another computer tries to access my website using the no-ip. For example: http://server.sytes.net, he's automatically redirected to MY router's configuration (Where he's asked for the username and password) and NOT to the website.

I'm using Uniform Server 5.7.5 and Gesior AAC with TFS 0.2.9 Mystic Spirit.

I don't really know what's causing this, can anyone help me?

All port's forwarded? And have you the http://whatever.sytes.net redirecting to your IP? and not your main router?

Yes, all ports neccesary for the website and the server are forwarded. I don't know if it's redirecting to my ip, in the no-ip DUC it says IP: 186.165.12.164 (an example) so I think it's updating the no-ip dns to my ip and not to my router (192.168.1.1)

Never open poort 3306.....
