Website issues (Gesior ACC)

Hello people,
I've an issue with the layout "tibiacom". (Using Gesior2012 TFS 0.3.6 and 0.4 to rev3703)

It says if it's correctly installed it (as it is) it should look like this:

But on my website there's no news ticker or such, it looks just like this:

I've been trying to fix it but I can't get it right, maybe its not possible to get it anymore?

Yes, I did download that sir, but with that installed, still no News Ticker or Featured Article.
It looks really bad without it...
