Solved Website/Layout error

Ey my Znoteaac Website is bugged after i changed layout i cant log in on the website doesnt say anything
Try it yourself create a account and try to log in bloxx.sytes.net

EDIT #2 MYSQL and Apache up and runing try to log in

The problem was the persons layout i downloaded has messing around in sub.php
