Website Problem!

Hey guys, i was trying to make a website and i watched that znote video tutorial on how to do it

but right now i cant open phpmyadmin's users tab cuz it doesn't exist now at the current version!
i need any help or any link or anything that i can make a website with!

Ok ok, now i have a user and i got the aac and it works but when i click on home or register or whatever i get a blank screen.

You get a blank page on every page you try to open?

Do you mean in your acc? Then go to config.php.
Then on the first lines it says TFS version. If you use Tfs 0.3.6 you gonna put
On something that says TFS: 036 i think. And put false on 'salt'

.. There's another problem here :/
when i make an account and i try to log in it says wrong username and password combination.
you know if there's something i can change to make it work?

What type of encryption do you use? You need to use sha1.

im using it and tried plain aswell, it didn't work with both.
