Website Problem?

Hello my website

when i test creata a account i come to the login page :S ? and when i try to login on any account i have made whit mysql i only come to the login page so i cant make accounts or login to accounts :S ?
(i dont see any errors on the top of the page?)
And yes i have try take the name accountmanagement.php file and createaccount.php file ..
so how do i fix this , any idea's ? :S

u have some bug try to re-insatll it

tested reinstall its work but i have 1 problem left ..it dont show when you type wrgon email or wrong password ? ..
