Website Rules Bugged :S

Hey Guys, This is how it looks when i press on rules:

You can't see the whole sentence And you cant move to --> With mouse or arrows in keyboard, just up & Down.

i went to Htdocs , i did not find anything that was called "Rules". Pls help how do i solve this?
