He is the president of Egypt, and I am certain that you are aware of the current situation in Egypt. He shutdown their internet and what not, and is probably about to go (if he is not already?) meme (or maybe not, I just assumed so going by their posts).

Next time you are unable to access your website, could you please check (and preferably post) your Apache error log so we can determine where the issue lays.

Try adding Win32DisableAcceptEx at the very end of your httpd.conf file (also located somewhere in your Apache folder)
