Windows Website VIP Error

I tried to add

alter table `accounts` add `vip_time` INT NOT NULL;

but when i try to enter "localhost" again then this comes up

Fatal error: Call to undefined method OTS_Account::getPlayerVip_Time() in C:\xampp\htdocs\characters.php on line 101

even if i add vip time table, can anyone help me please? (i tried to add new database "mysql.sql" but still not working) it worked yesterday but not more today, and i tried to extract htdocs again still no result,

Fixed that code but now another error comes up

Replace throw new E_OTS_NotLoaded(); with return NULL;;
