Website without server?

Hey, i was thinking about creating a "fanpage site" using gesior AAC.

Im a newb when it comes to this, but is it possible to host a site using gesior AAC without having an actual tibia server?

I would also recommend trying one of the populär CMS like WordPress/Typo3/Joomla. Or are there any special Features in gesior you are looking out for?

The thing is that im very inexperienced and I think that gesior site looks good, and that changing it to fit my needs is way easier than creating an entire new website
