Compiling Website

Ok I need someone to make me a website that has operating forums/homepage/highscores/search menu/ and all of that good stuff for my Tibia Server. I am willing to pay $50 USD if someone could help me set this up correctly and nicely.

There is really no need to reinvent the wheel at this point, UNLESS this is some sort of an especially outdated server or something (which I doubt). Otherwise, use whichever AAC released you like.
