Windows Weird ass RME error

I just downloaded RME 2.2 and got this weird error

Reinstall RME? And then locate your tibia folder and if the problem persists reply again.

Maybe reinstall tibia and that might fix the error since it cant load clients.xml seems to me like its a problem with tibia.

But does it matter even tho it aint preferenced or connected at any way with any client?

You need to have the tibia version installed for the map and/or what the map editor program tells you to have and then select the map you want to edit.
