Weird bug on monsters TFS 1.2 Nostalrius

Hello everyone. We've this weird monster movement issue after gets healed. Somehow if we heal it run on low hp (while changing direction or getting next step)

This bug occurs.

Is there anyone familiar with this? What it can be? We couldnt fix it. Please im waiting for any idea. Thanks Regards
