weird connection issue with cipsoft client 7.72

hello

the problem is that i run my server with my public ip
with CIPSOFT CLIENT i only can connect with an dynamyc dns ip no-ip
using xxx..ddns.net <<< only this
if i try to use another like yyy.ddns.net i cant connect
or even if i try to use my public ip i can't connect

but with OTCLIENT I CAN USE ALL MY IPS

all my portd are open etc
i can view my website with my different no-ip dynamic host, with my public and local ip and with my pay domain

bles.ddns.net

what could be the problem?

its really weird because i can't log in with my public ip but i can with one my no-ip the others doesn't works when i use the ips in my client
like i exaplined in the main post
pls help i've reseted my modem etc whitout succes
