Weird errors from RME's map editor

Hello, I've posted on a few threads already about my erros but I really need serious help now so I'm starting my own.

It has been 3 days now that I've been trying to install and work with RME's map editor but I keep getting diffrent errors,
tonight I got a client8.6 from someone saying it works for him. I tried it on mine but it keeps giving errors I can't seem to fix by myself.

Well from what I can tell, the version of RME that you are using is somehow incompatible with the version of tibia you're trying to use for spites and whatnot.
Make sure you've downloaded the right version, and that you are using the correct settings. (For example; not trying to tell RME you want to use 7.6 map editor tools while supplying it with 8.6 tibia files)

I've tried like 5 8.6 clients and I'm getting the same error with all of 'em, and when I create a new map I just press "new" and then come the errors :/.

Where did you download the clients? And do you have a tibia 9.0 client installed on your computer already?

I sent him the 8.60 client which works perfectly fine for me (It was downloaded on remeres website before it was taken down)

I installed RME 2.1 recently on 3 different computers and been mapping in 8.6 successfully

Okay first of all download / install fresh version of RME 2.1

I still had an old .msi on my comp that I got from the official website before it got taken down

Then take this tibia.dat (I used to have errors too until I found this one) and place it in your tibia 8.6 folder

and if that doesnt work with the tibia.dat that's there take this 8.6 installation that I used and worked for me and been mapping on it since
