weird login bug????

hey.. for some reason people cant log in with global ip address.. i can log in with the local ip but not dansot.no-ip.org (my ot) why is this? ive checked xampp phpmyadmin i dont htink config has any problems ive checked it anyway.. what could be wrong? am i missing somthing? it sorta just stopped working for no reason.. it wont even pull up character page :( help

after a certain time the ip dispire >>dansot.no-ip.org<< this try to update it on the no-ip.org or where ever you got this ip.
