Weird port forwarding problem.

Hey guys, I been trying to port forward 7171, 7172, 80. When I port check them I get a message that they've been successfully port-forwarded. But when I run the server I get a "failure" message.

Basically: open ports(7171(TCP/UDP)-7172(TCP/UDP)-80(TCP/UDP)) -> run server -> closed ports(7171(TCP)-7172(TCP)), 80(TCP/UDP) still open.

Has nothing to do with the server's console, I mean the ports become closed by "failure".
