weird thing on Paygol :o ?!

well i've set a work-fully script of Paygol and it seems like fine without any direct problem ..

but here is my problem..
when someone donate i receive the money and my paygol.log looks like following:
that shouldn't have any serious missing thing.
for example:

keyword = GOL3
message = 848649
custom = 19595
[COLOR="#FF0000"]points = 50[/COLOR]
shortcode = 88080
message_id = 778029
sender = 447854806541
operator = Orange
country = GB
currency = GBP
price = 3.0
service_id = 34643

the point written over there..!
but in fact player no get any points in his account..

i think if my log looks like that it means everything fine but what is that.!

For some reason when my PayGol account had my price setting in "Testing" phase, it wouldn't add points to my player's accounts either. Everything was working correctly. Once I set the mode to 'Enabled' it ended up just working normally. I feel like it's something on PayGol's side.
