Weird website bug!

What the heck is this? I get this when trying to install my website!
I can't seem to do anything , it always coems up as this page.
Help!

Look now when i goto...
http://localhost/index.php or whatever,
it shows me..

maby you could use php tags like <?PHP and ?>

It will be better if you post the file, probably 'install.php'.
