Suggestion What about making the ability to change thread name for 1 hour only?

I needed to know what about this cool suggestions?
Only you can change your thread name in 1 hour [After 1 hour, you can not change the thread name].
Also you can make it for Normal Members only, and for Premium Members You can change it whenever, would be a nice idea.
Just a suggestion,
