I see much in computers it says processor has x cores and x threads.
What can TFS use?

There's probably many customizations, but the default one that everyone can download.
Does it use any additional threads or cores?

Hypothetical, what's more powerful for a TFS server (no matter players)
4.0 Ghz, 2 c / 4 t
or
3.5 Ghz, 4 c / 8 t?

I'm sorry for stupid question, I just want to understand :)
